Beats me, but I feel it starting up now, so I imagine it will only get worse for the next few days. These things usually work in cycles.

All I know is that I will be one of the crazy people on TV Saturday night on ABC, cheering hardcore for my Bearcats!

I can't wait for the weekend! Writing resumes will keep me busy but I'm also looking forward to some reviewing.

Yay! I think we will get Danica this weekend. Since we moved into the new house - we haven't been allowed to see her as CPS needs to come out and check out the new place and confirm it's "safe" for her and they move at a glacial pace. Keep your fingers crossed for us.

EDIT:

In case you missed the begining of this story last yr - she is my girlfriend's niece. Her mother died last yr and she was left living with her crackhead grandmother until we found out about her. She lived with us until she developed some medical issues that required constant attention (she was in daycare 10 hrs a day) - instead of providing home care, CPS elected to move her to a foster home where she would have someone around all the time. As much as I hated to do that - she is in much better health and she has a little girl her same age to play with all the time. She usually stays with us on the weekends. Her father is currently trying to get his parental rights as he was out of the picture before she was born and was not even on the birth certificate and he lives in California (I am in Az). The interstate issues are crazy and CPS is as F-d up as you would think.

A year ago:

Saturday: 13 hours of playing board games at the trade fair.
Sunday: recovering from the day before, maybe a long walk if the weather is good.

Same thing again this weekend, except that on Sunday, I'll try and make it to the cinema.

Fingers crossed for sure, wingman.  How has Danica been doing?

She is as cute as ever and smart as a whip.
I totally miss her being with us but with both of us working it just doesn't work having her live with us and we need both of our incomes to make ends meet.
Hey, nice marmot!
