I'd pull for A Little Princess and Sleepers. The former because I haven't seen it and the latter because Brad Pitt is sexy.

You're not allowed to do that until you complete round 2 of Froham's BFF competition.

there are a couple good-looking films in that bunch :)  how about Waterworld!?  Araki's The Living End and then his teenage apocolypse trilogy (inspired by my fresh LaBruce experience) and staying on the queer path, i am reminded of Go Fish.  and hows about that list you just posted the other day of films rejected from the Big Round?  ScreamThe People Under the Stairs? Candyman?  (yo, chicago, represent!) I Know What You Did Last Summer?  (i'm thinking there should be more horror included).  my love fest with Slacker last night reminds me of SubUrbia and even maybe The Newton Boys (i haven't done that one since the theatre); "recent lovefests" reminds me of a resurrection post i started for Clerks., so maybe include Mallrats, which i've not done, but i know there are people who love it (it seems appropriate for the bracket, no?)  more thoughts later, i'm digging on this alterna-bracket :) i almost wrote "bizarro-bracket" which reminded me of Re-Animator (too early), and then the actually worthwhile Bride of Re-Animator (1990)!  what was Ah-nold doing in the 90s?  i'm sure there are some gems there
But I wish the public could, in the midst of its pleasures, see how blatantly it is being spoon-fed, and ask for slightly better dreams.

ok, i just looked up Schwartzenegger!!!  none of these were in the first bracket, were they?  i think they all have elements of interest:

Eraser (1996)
Junior (1994)
True Lies (1994)
Last Action Hero (1993)
Kindergarten Cop (1990)
Total Recall (1990)

this then reminds me of stallone:

Oscar, which i used to love
Demolition Man
Cop Land, which i remember hearing good things about, but don't remember
Stop! Or my Mom Will Shoot

I can't remember if any of these where in the list initially, and I don't see them in the list of 200, however...

Scream
From Dusk til Dawn
Dead Alive/Braindead
Event Horizon
Jacob's Ladder
The Frightners
Blair Witch Project
