But I wish the public could, in the midst of its pleasures, see how blatantly it is being spoon-fed, and ask for slightly better dreams.

I was just thinking yesterday (possibly as a result of those year-by-year polls) how maybe it's not too early to start brainstorming titles for the 80s US bracket.  I might personally be more interested in the Europe one, but I think it's better to always have one US bracket going on, where people are more likely to have preexisting rooting interests in multiple films.

I think I'd love how awkward it'd be, or how awkward it should be.

After seeing the year-by-year polls, I'm most interested in the 80s. I had seen most of the films from the 90s and it was more interesting to read the verdicts having seen them before.

I'm probably most interested in doing 90's Europe, but 80's US would be good too.

80s US sounds like fun. The 70s have been done to death.
