Mix it up.  American films already dominate discussions and lists on this site.  I think more discoveries will be made with a European Bracket.
Absolutely. Show some adventure people.

But would you yourself participate in a European Bracket?  Because that's the main issue for me.  The US bracket is poised to be more popular, and the current Far East bracket already fills the discovery niche.

That being said, there are plenty of 80s US films for everyone to discover.  Streetwise, for one.

I think I'd love how awkward it'd be, or how awkward it should be.

Just a thought: is there a sufficient amount of Latin American films available? That would make an interesting bracket.

Bollywood bracket anyone?
-Le Chiffre: You changed your shirt, Mr Bond. I hope our little game isn't causing you to perspire.

-James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.

But I wish the public could, in the midst of its pleasures, see how blatantly it is being spoon-fed, and ask for slightly better dreams.

I have plans for the entire world. I believe the Spanish-speaking western hemisphere was all lumped together with Brazil to make one 90s bracket. So, short answer, yes.

I voted European, but now I remember why I was abstaining... I'll participate as much as possible, but Australian availability isn't always great.
