2004 was such a great year, but, Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind just edges out Anchorman, Finding Neverland and Spider-Man 2. While The Polar Express, Shaun Of The Dead, The Incredibles, Hellboy, Dodgeball and The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou all came really close as well.

I voted for Team America. I haven't seen Before Sunset or The Life Aquatic, but no other comedy on that list comes close to Team America Eternal Sunshine is a fun watch but nothing I'd go out of my way to see every year or two like I do with Team America.

Kill Bill Vol. 2 is pure awesomeness bottled up and one of the few action films that actually has some substance.

And to all you Eternal Sunshine people I've got two words for you to think about: Kirstin Dunst.  :P

I really like Downfall.
-Le Chiffre: You changed your shirt, Mr Bond. I hope our little game isn't causing you to perspire.

-James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.

i went with Before Sunset, but Breillat's Anatomy of Hell is right there.

if anyone chooses the morally bankrupt Garden State or Million Dollar Baby, i'll contact my people working in the internet tubes to redirect the connection from your home to filmspotting.  hopefully there is nobody here that might be at risk
But I wish the public could, in the midst of its pleasures, see how blatantly it is being spoon-fed, and ask for slightly better dreams.
