I know the film is much maligned on the boards, but I very much like A History of Violence, so I went for that.
-Le Chiffre: You changed your shirt, Mr Bond. I hope our little game isn't causing you to perspire.

-James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.

The 40 Year Old Virgin, followed by A History Of Violence.

Now you're getting into my crazy blogging years.

While I understand all the hatred for Crash, not including it as an option is just being childish.

And how come no love for Hustle & Flow?

Plus (so long as I'm being all complainy), V for Vendetta should not be on this list.  It played at a festival in Austin in 2005 and was released NOWHERE in the World until 2006.

No, it's on the 2004 list.

We've been over this. . . .  He's using imdb's years.  You have to draw a line somewhere.

Last I left it, he was going by when the film was first released in a theatre, NOT when it played at a festival.  CRASH played once in 2004, at the Toronto Festival.

The New World better be here or in 2006. Depends on which release you go by.

Tough choice between Grizzly Man, Capote, Serenity, Brick, Batman Begins, and The New World (which I've come to admire a lot more since I saw it first in our Malick marathon).

I'm going with Grizzly Man.
