Disney animation marathon long? You know we'll be watching 48 films in that one don't you?

Never mind. Ill be watching about 20 films in this marathon.

M.A.S.H. and Klute

(and The French Connection)

I am going to see the french connection.

Okay, then, I voted for Midnight Cowboy over Cabaret.

Is Altman represented already, is MASH his only chance?

pixote

im going to see mccabe and nashville as well.

I took off close encounters cause it was obviously going to win, and am adding it to my marathon. Thanks guys!
I actually consider a lot of movies to be life-changing! I take them to my heart and they melt into my personality.

I don't really care for those options. Are you watching Aguirre? The Last Picture Show? Eraserhead? Any Cassavetes at all?

THX-118. Proof that George Lucas was once a very talented and visionary filmmaker.

Jaws, Saturday Night Fever (I mean this movie was the biggest movie of the 70s), All the Kings Men, Tootsie.

I second the vote for Eraserhead. From that list, I'd go for Being There
Wanting for Thor what Thor wants for Thor.

no cassavetes.

You do yourself a disservice if you don't view A Woman Under the Influence.
That'll wrap up your 70s tryst.

I think you meant President's Men

And Tootsie came out in '82
