People should definitely start promoting their pet nominees, though.  See this thread for inspiration.

Yeah, we can all whine about which of our nominations were ignored after the fact. :)

Of course I'll be waiting until the last minute to submit my ballot anyways. Gotta cram them films!

Are people gonna post their ballots? I was gonna post mine but thought I would check first.

Hmm, good question.  It's never been done in the past.  I kinda like the secret ballot thing, myself.  Adds a bit more suspense.  Anyone else have thoughts?

Ya I guess if we all just posted ours it would make the reveal pointless.

If people posted their ballots, at best, people would have ballpark predictions as to what the final ballot nominees will be.  I don't see regular people (  :) ) performing their own tabulations as ballots are posted.  So I don't see it dampening surprise or suspense.  Moreover, looking back at the previous Filmspots, there are no surprises amongst the final ballot nominees, at least to me anyway.

Really?  The first category I looked at had Alejandro Polanco getting nominated over Frank Langella...

Care to predict the nominees for this year?

Yes, because Polanco got props not only here but elsewhere.  If Andrew Garfield made it on the final ballot, that would've been a pleasant surprise.

Secret ballots.

-James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.

After the winners are announced, post all the ballots and include whose ballot is which.  :)

Can the Love Exposure fans rally around a comedic moment? I'm trying to think of a good one, but my memory is my enemy.
