Is Sugar eligible in this category? It's mostly in Spanish.
-Le Chiffre: You changed your shirt, Mr Bond. I hope our little game isn't causing you to perspire.

-James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.

I debated that while watching the film.  I came away thinking it probably shouldn't be eligible, but it's a reallly close call.  What's everyone else think?

Damn, my memory sucks:

We've never established specific criteria, really.  Just a case-by-case basis thing.  I was wondering about these eligibility questions while watching Sugar, a movie I definitely think should be eligible for this category.

Since pix mentioned it without nominating it, I'm formally nominating Sugar

Controversy!

I'm reading the list of eligible films in this category...there is a ton of stuff I saw last year, as in, '08 last year.
-Le Chiffre: You changed your shirt, Mr Bond. I hope our little game isn't causing you to perspire.

-James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.
