I am pretty excited about the new Almodovar film Broken Embraces, and was wondering what you guys think are his best films.  I am yet to watch anything before Live Flesh, though I got Women on the Verge on my Netflix queue.

I’ve lied to men who wear belts. I’ve lied to men who wear suspenders. But I’d never be so stupid as to lie to a man who wears both a belt and suspenders.

How does this keep happening that the thread says best but the question says favorite - these are two separate things.  I think Talk to Her is definitely his best film but All About My Mother is my fave.

I've seen some but not enough to vote. I should do a marathon.

I have started a mini-marathon consisting of Law of Desire, The Flower of my Secret and Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown. One down, two to go - I have to wait with the next one until Friday 17th, though, because I am seeing them with a friend.

As of now, my ranking looks like this:

Volver
All About my Mother
Talk to Her
Bad Education
Law of Desire

I have only seen one of his films, Volver, and it was really good.
