I haven't watched it yet either - I have to gear myself up for it because I'm reduced to a little puddle every. single. time.

I actually consider a lot of movies to be life-changing! I take them to my heart and they melt into my personality.

Are we talking about It's a Wonderful Life?  Just checking.

I've seen bits of it, and TV series pastiches, a gazillion times but I've only seen the movie from beginning to end once and that was quite a few years ago.
