I've read Evening.  I remember it being very sad.  I have never seen the film.

Evening sounds good.
-Le Chiffre: You changed your shirt, Mr Bond. I hope our little game isn't causing you to perspire.

-James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.

My vote is for Middlesex.  It has been sitting on my shelf forever.  I just have never read it.

I've read the Angelou and the Eugenides. Of the remaining, my vote is overwhelmingly for At Swim Two Boys which I really really want to read. My second choice is Push I think.

If the resounding vote was for either of the ones you've read, would you be inclined to join in again? Or at least pop into the thread every now and then and say hello?

I'm pretty certain I own both and will re-read and contribute.

If not Middlesex, I would also be interested in At Swim, Two Boys.

I'm not edgar, but I've been meaning to chime in here.  I just haven't had much time this week (and still don't).  But I can't recommend At Swim, Two Boys highly enough.  It's a really beautiful book, both in terms of language and character and story and everything.  I like how that review that mentioned Cinemascope -- that's perfect.  The first chapter is sort very different from the bulk of the book, so don't put too much stock into those opening lines.  Anyway, I would love to read this again with you all and definitely would.

I'm also ver interested in Middlesex and would make a strong effort to read that, too.

I haven't had time to research the others (I've read only the Angelou), but will do that in the next couple of days if they're still on the table.

I'd be fine with At Swim, Two Boys too. I read a bit of the Times review and it sounds interesting. I'm also a sucker for anything Irish, including beer, so I'd read that book.
