Also, sorry but pls. count my vote for Mystery Train & Popeye.

I think I have?

Ah, so a single vote gets you a place on the big list and two votes means the film gets a number next to it in parentheses? I think I'm having a particularly slow morning.

Don't know about the 80's, but I'd vote to include

Oliver & Company
Gremlins
Bettlejuice
and Pee Wee in that order

If I was feeling nostalgic I would submit Milo & Otis :)

I'm not sure if you want to count sdedalus's unranked list. I'm just bringing it up because it has all these movies from my own list ::).

I know I already submitted a list, but here a top 10ish of films I haven't seen, but which I'm curious about and/or feel should probably be included for historical/canonical reasons:

Barfly
Burden of Dreams
Mississippi Burning (Ebert's best film of 1988!)
Ms. 45
Mystery Train
Ordinary People
Peggy Sue Got Married
Ragtime
Rumble Fish
Salvador
Terms of Endearment
Another Woman/Stardust Memories

Also, it would be a shame if we didn't also include Lynch's Dune, which I missed off my original list. Thank you for indulgence.

How many of these will make the bracket?  :)

Yeah, I wasn't sure if that was all movies he wants to see in the bracket or if he was just throwing out ideas. I'm sure he'll make it clear soon enough.
