125. Return of the Secaucus Seven is already there, too, thanks to the NFR

in light of verite's recent list, i'm just adding added Damned if you Don't (which i had meant to add the other day), Near Death, Hollywood Shuffle, One From the Heart, Eat a Bowl of Tea, and Style Wars - base is now at 213 from 207

while there are other Cox films on the list, i think they are his "american" films, Sid & Nancy shouldn't be here

also, The Quartet is a short, verite was suggesting we expand the bracket to include shorts with that one...

is China Girl good?  if so, consider me for that one, too

AND, how could we have missed ROAD HOUSE ???  could you add to the list please?

But I wish the public could, in the midst of its pleasures, see how blatantly it is being spoon-fed, and ask for slightly better dreams.

Retelling of Romeo & Juliet between Chinatown and Little Italy. It'd be one of the most beautifully shot films in the bracket.

Chain-wielding Caruso.

Very 80s.

Out of all of the films he has directed, Abel Ferrara has stated that China Girl is his favorite

I second the nomination!

I've seen this, I wouldn't put too much stock in what he says about his films :)

Would 5(6?) nominations be enough to secure a place in the bracket?
