Any interesting stats?

Not at the moment, although a movie with joint 2nd most votes is at 185th place, the other joint 2nd most votes all in the top 15.

So far, with only 12 ballots and 1120 votes have been counted;

we have 680 nominated movies
all of the top 20 have at least 4 votes
only 18 of the top 100 have less than 3 votes
6 of the current top 20 are not in the English language
Neither of the top two have received any number 1 votes as of yet.

Whoa, cool, that suggests a very different list than last year (if it holds up).

No one. It's called Rosetta Stone. Look into it.

LIST LIST LIST

damn!  we share only 4 picks, but there are many that just barely missed out on mine (and the forgotten Babe :( ), very nice list and great frames.

i started pulling some frames yesterday (about 1/3 of my list) and realized that some of my picks are waaaay out of order:
Orlando should be way up - Top 10/20, not 75;
Glen or Glenda Top 30/40, not 97;
Old Joy up from 9 into Top 5 (maybe even 1?!);
Sicko higher than 41;
Glengarry up from 45;
Red Belt into the 20s from 58

not sure how all of this would have been shifted, but some of these miscues bummed me out :)
But I wish the public could, in the midst of its pleasures, see how blatantly it is being spoon-fed, and ask for slightly better dreams.
