Since you asked, the lowest rank for a movie that received 2 votes is #1003-#1020, the highest ranking for a 2 vote movie is #298-#300.

There's 8 movies that made the list that don't have double digit total votes, the other 92 have at least 10; with 15 or so movies having 20+ votes.
