I'm noticed a lot of people have Antanarjuat on their lists, including you Clov. I'm definitely going to have to check it out. Actually, I have it at home ready to go, I've just been putting it off for other things. It's not gunna happen before the deadline I don't think. :(

It is a pretty great film entirely made and funded by Inuit people.

I should probably have made room for Man on Wire. Having only see it the one time though, I was hesitant.

Koyannistqatsi... I don't really have an excuse for leaving it off.

Good picks.

Oh yeah, I should've mentioned I chose to leave off a lot of top 100 contenders without having a second viewing. So my list is likely to change a lot as I revisit movies.

Before Sunrise, but no Before Sunset?

I always find it interesting that some people like sunrise more than sunset because its seems like sunset is just a perfected version of sunrise with an ending that puts it way over the top.

I didn't dislike Sunset, but they aren't even really close in my mind. Sunset gets so political.

I followed that rule for the most part, but had to make a few exceptions were I felt very confident.

23. Barry Lyndon (1975)
39. Sense and Sensibility (1995)
50. To Kill a Mockingbird (1962)
52. The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (2006)
61. Revolutionary Road (2008)
62. My Blueberry Nights (2007)
71. Another Woman (1988)
72. Star Trek: First Contact (1996)
78. Wall-E (2008)
