The Year of the Quiet Sun.

I liked it a bit.  Can't remember which Kieslowski it was, but I think there was a Zanussi film being screened in a scene and it had this intriguing greenish tint.

Pix owes me a viewing of this for our hockey bet, but keeps putting it off. Perhaps now that it is on, at least, two lists it will light a fire.

Glad you found a spot for Le Samourai, even if it's 15 behind 50 First Dates  :o

You also might be the only person I know who likes White best of the 3 Colors.

Okay, I will be working on posting my top 100 today.  Still so many movies to see-- including 3 on my desk right now-- but you have to make a break somewhere.  However, before I post, I thought I would first produce the:

stevekimes Top 100 Index

13
Movies about people with a disability

love the index, i'm most interested in those disability pics  ::EDIT:: just notice your list is posted...

Wow, I need to expand my horizons.

yeah, i reckon most of us feel that way.  i had meant to get around to watching the ones i hadn't seen from last year's 100, and maybe got to a couple of them this past year, but am saddened to read others' lists and see all of the films i should really still see.  The Third Man, since it is a lingering dictation, is probably the only contender i'll get around to before i submit my list, and maybe Sunset Blvd.  anywho, interesting list, weird seeing American Psycho so high up (i have been meaning to revisit that one, too), and i like all the Michael Moore :)
But I wish the public could, in the midst of its pleasures, see how blatantly it is being spoon-fed, and ask for slightly better dreams.
