Returned a stray three-year-old boy to his distraught parents.

Awesome. Worst feeling ever to lose sight of your child.
Also, you're quite brave. My brother in law worries about approaching lost children in case someone accuses him of something not intended. Sad isn't it? But that's life here. A bit.
Of course, I don't think we've ever got the pix to disclose age/sex - pix might be a kindly-looking grandmother. :)
That's fascinating. I have just assumed pixote is a man. The power of the avatar to deceive maybe?

I'm convinced pixote is a woman, though I have no reason for it. Just a hunch.
You could be right, but then it could all be a cunning plan...
I'm not a moll so much as a mascot. I need to fix that.

Was brought home by a kindly fox.

  • I don't object to a reasonable amount of trouble.

Hmm... twitter is not particularly helpful but I'm leaning towards "a dude who can see 30 from where he sits"
Primarily because of music selection; and partially based on the degree to which I related to certain comments, so I'm self-projecting.

Coincidentally one of Pixote's tweets relates to the best thing I did yesterday:

She's 15, so 7 years.
Cool that you two can hang out like that. My mom was/is super close to her brother, who is also 7 years older than she.

Yeah, I've always gotten along pretty well with both my brother (2 years older than me) and my sister, but the wider age gap definitely makes for a different kind of relationship.

I am older than my one brother by eight years and we had a relationship like that.  We introduced each other to music and movies and he used to cream all the video games I failed at.  Then he went and got married (sigh).
