I bought a man-girdle, Spanx for Men.

Does it really make a difference?

That's the craziest thing I've heard all week.

I'm on day three.  Drinking a TON of water .  My cheat is  a few 8 oz Nutrition Drinks per day.  Coffee in the morning is still allowed, even encouraged.

Weird coincidence: I'm listening to last week's This American Life right now in which David Rakoff describes the 20-day fast he went on. Are you hoping for enlightenment, too, ferris? :)
