re-listens to OK Computer have really messed up my Radiohead rankings. It's still not better then Kid A, but could really give In Rainbows a run for it's money.
I actually consider a lot of movies to be life-changing! I take them to my heart and they melt into my personality.

It still has my vote, though The Bends nearly changed that.

Man, this is a tough choice.

The Bends is good, and Pablo Honey is decent, but neither really compare to their other albums.

Kid A and OK Computer are probably the most consistent albums, but Amnesiac, Hail to the Thief, and In Rainbows all have individual songs that are much better than anything on Kid A or Computer.

Breaking it down by album and the number of songs that I love from that album:

OK Computer
Paranoid Android
Exit Music (For a Film)
Electioneering
No Surprises

Kid A
Everything in its Right Place
The National Anthem
Idioteque

Amnesiac
Pyramid Song
You and Whose Army
Hunting Bears
Like Spinning Plates
Life in a Glass House

Hail to the Thief
2+2=5
Sit Down, Stand Up
Go to Sleep
There There
A Punch Up at a Wedding
Myxamatosis

In Rainbows
15 Step
Bodysnatchers
Nude
Reckoner
Jigsaw Falling Into Place

Now, dividing the number of loved songs by number of songs on the album, I should be able to find quantities that show my rankings.

OK Computer: 4/12 = .33
Kid A: 3/10 = .3
Amnesiac: 5/11 = .45
Hail to the Thief: 6/14 = .43
In Rainbows: 5/10 = .5

So, by that logic, my favorite Radiohead album is In Rainbows, and they are ranked:

In Rainbows
Amnesiac
Hail to the Thief
OK Computer
Kid A
The Bends
Pablo Honey

1. OK Computer
2. Kid A
3. The Bends
4. Hail to the Thief
5. King of Limbs
6. In Rainbows
7. Amnesiac
8. Pablo Honey

but really it's two ties (1,2,3; 4,5,6,7) and Pablo Honey.

Picking a "best" Radiohead album is tricky because I voted for The Bends, with OK Computer just behind. While they've expanded their sound and are doing so many interesting things, I haven't been as enthused about their most recent work. Kid A and Hail to the Thief are great too, but it might just be a case where my pop sensibilities still win the day.

In Rainbows is my favourite album, because IMHO it draws on 'their best bits' from all their previous albums.
I wrote about it a while ago...

But I think my all-time favourite tracks might be Let Down from OK Computer and There There from Hail to The Thief. That last one was especially awesome when I saw it live last year...

This new albums got songs on it!

This one is getting played a lot. The video shows a band working really hard at bringing a song together. Like.

I've never noticed this thread, but junior going In Rainbows (the favorite for people who don't really like Radiohead, though I'd like to hear if he's in that group), FLY giving a shot to The Bends (in my Top 100, but not in my top half of Radiohead albums), and St. Martin having had now a decade to register a vote (unless he did so without saying - see below), made it interesting.

Would love to do Radiohead in color (but perhaps not in rainbows)...thing is, I have a Top 100 Albums of All-Time, so everything from that needs to be in blue...
OK Computer (Alternates with In the Aeroplane Over the Sea for my #1 All-Time)
Kid A (Top 10 All-Time)
In Rainbows
Hail to the Thief
Amnesiac
The Bends

A Moon Shaped Pool
King of Limbs
Pablo Honey

1SO frets over finding the perfect film, and I haven't seen one, either, but OK Computer maybe the perfect alt-rock album, or go further, the perfect album from the popular music form. I'll hear arguments for Kid A as far as their best goes, but beyond that I'd need a more detailed explanation (I mean how arrogant, but I am a gigantic fan).

I still need to listen to Kid A and Hail To The Thief before I make a decision.
