When do I start campaigning for Delphine Seyrig as Jeanne Dielman?

I'm just thinking that the list will be mostly male dominated but I'm up for whatever.

Sadly, that might end up being the case.  Separate lists are probably best then.

Yah, but I do like your idea of combining the top 10s when I'm done. Just to see what happens. but I think two lists is for the best.

I would prefer to do one combined list and let the chips fall where they may.

When do I start campaigning for Delphine Seyrig as Jeanne Dielman?

In two seconds when I post this.
I actually consider a lot of movies to be life-changing! I take them to my heart and they melt into my personality.

What's the ruling on same character, same actor, different movie (ie Julie Delpy as Celine in Before Sunrise/Before Sunset)? I'm assuming two separate votes, but just wanted to make sure.

Yeah, I think separate movies count as separate performances.

And remember, comedy is harder than drama, so let's see that reflected in the lists. Don't be drama snobs.

There are such threads.

Here, here (all the way back to the 1910s and 1920s), here (back to the 1950s), and here.
