Most like it more than me. It's based on a novel by Donald E. Westlake and clearly made by a fan of Noir. It's in the dialogue and tough attitude, but ultimately it comes down on being more of a 70s revenge thriller with Noir window dressing. Windsor and Cook are only in one scene and given nothing to do. Carey doesn't get to go full Carey, though his first scene had potential. Only Ryan gets to shine.
