Watch a show that has an ending. Like Lost or Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Been re-watching Buffy with my daughter.  Grrrrl power.
Kevin: Yes, why does there have to be evil?

Supreme Being: I think it has something to do with free will.

-------------------------------------------------------

Verna: I suppose you think you raised hell.

Tom: Sister, when I've raised hell you'll know it.

I have. Those are two of my favourite shows and I own both series.

Caught wind that last night's Check It Out! was actually the season finale. It was, as has been this case with this season, another great episode even if the laughs were a little lighter than in episodes past, but after just getting on board with everything I'm sad to see Little Stevie go! Doctor, doctor, give me the news!

How is Loiter Squad a ten episode season and Dr. Brule only gets six? That's life!

Season 2 was a great success. I hope there's a Season 3 at some point. I would also like a DVD collection.

Great night for the NBC comedies. Loved the 30 Rock live show, loved the L&O Community (and the theme song!), loved the speech at the end of Parks and Rec.

30 Rock live show

They did that again? Didn't it completely bomb last year? I watched about 10 minutes of that one and, despite already strongly disliking that show, found it completely unbearable.

Can't wait to catch up with Comm and P&R next year.

They did. I liked last years episode but I think this one was a lot better. A few good mini-sketches about old tv shows and an amazing Jon Hamm appearance.

Watched the first 3 episodes of the British comedy series Spy on Hulu+. Tim is in a custody battle with his ex-wife, when he quits his job. He applies for a job as a civil servant doing data entry, but discovers during the job interview that he has been offered a job as a trainee spy for MI5.

Really funny stuff. Like Simon Pegg with Edgar Wright funny. Fast dialogue that reminds me of His Girl Friday.

Boss: Check out my taser. 50,000 volts, thank you very much. Don't you just wanna sink that charge into someone?
Tim: Only if the use of force is reasonable.
Boss: But who's to say if it is reasonable?
Tim: The courts.
Boss: Or is it us?
Tim: No, it's the courts.
Boss: It's a grey area.
Tim: Not really.
Boss: But as long as we have fun, eh? Am I right or am I right?
Tim: Legally, you're not right.

It felt more like SNL starring 30 Rock characters, which I don't mean as a perjorative because I thought it was a more sensible framing for a live show. It was also really funny.

Catching up with Archer. Midway through season 2 right now. This show is like CRACK. So addicting. Also, HILARIOUS. As Fly would say, it is pretty high on the dankometer.

Sorry about that.
