I never realized they have a Robert Altman award, the Spirit Awards are now worth even less of my time than they were before.  :-*

The Cove sure got the shaft.

Also, the year for independent cinema is a lot better than that short list of films for Best Feature implies.

I just got a screener of The Last Station, had no idea what it was but the cast was amazing.  I'm now even more excited to see it!

Mirren definitely give my favorite performance of the year in that.
