January MDC - Filmspots 2009
« on: December 27, 2009, 08:09:13 PM »
I can't believe it's almost January already.  Who's in?  And what should our topic be?  Another round of '09 films in anticipation of Filmspots? Free skate?  What other ideas are out there?

In for anything. Something do to with the decade seems appropriate.

Not this month.
I actually consider a lot of movies to be life-changing! I take them to my heart and they melt into my personality.

Wasn't that what was done in November?

I fail to see a problem with that as everyone tries to make lists. The fact my dictation from November is still outstanding also probably has something to do with it.

I didn't say it was a problem, I didn't participate in November, so I was just clarifying, but maybe that would be better to do around the time we are going to make our lists.  I don't have a problem with it if that is what everyone wants to do, I know there are many movies from the past decade that I need to catch up on.

Don't know if I'll be available this month, but I had a thought for a theme.

How about limiting selections to something from The Underrated, The Overlooked & The Misunderstood: A Decade thread?

I'm in if the theme is films that start with H.
