I should have made you watch Lawrence or Singin' during my month. How has Sandy never chained you in front of the latter?
You should have! Lawrence has been sitting on the DVD recorder for over 10 years now. Sandy has 4 titles in her Top 100 and has promised to tie me up well an truly next time.
I might remember it all differently tomorrow.

I'm planning to work on lists where I'm a film or two away from the next Award level in Dec.

There are 6 categories where I only need to watch Dunkirk and Blade Runner 2049 to be back at 100%. That's why I dropped down in Mystery and Sci-fi.

New Lists:

100 Westerns (BFI Screen Guide): My favorite new list replaces an old Western list I had completed. Being a fan of Westerns, I look forward to the 13 new titles I have to watch.
1000 Noir Films: This replaces a list of More Noirs - reading the details of this replacement can get complicated - and gives me enough Noir choices to be its own 1SO sized Marathon. 413 checks, 192 to watch and a list that will keep growing for about 300 more titles.
The 100 Greatest Comedies of All Time (BBC Culture): I love genre lists and I prefer ones like this, which involves 253 film critics from 52 countries, instead of titles from a book. To complete the list, I need to watch The Ladies Man (1961, Jerry Lewis), The Dinner Game (1998) and Step Brothers (2008)
TimeOut's 100 Best Romantic Movies: Another genre list again based on the input of experts. For 100% I need to watch Waterloo Bridge (1940) and Tabu (2012)
Golden Lotus Award - Best Feature Film: I'm usually not big on country lists, but this is India's National Award for Best Feature film, which is a major blind spot I'd love to work on. I've only seen 4 of the 64 films listed, all directed by Satyajit Ray.
Lola Award - Best Film: Like the Golden Lotus but for Germany. There already exists The 100 Most Significant German Films, but that ends at 1992 and this new list goes up to Victoria and Toni Erdmann. I generally don't like double lists, but there's very little crossover.

The addition of these gave me 2 new awards (Bronze). The various changes have reduced the total number of top list films by 139 (from the since the end of Dec 2017). It did increase the number of films with 30 or more top lists (up 2 films) and those with 20 to 29 top lists (up 3). Anyway time for the end of month score card.
