Just an aside, if you or anyone is curious about some basic formatting stuff I'm willing to help anyone out over PM or whatever.  I've thought about writing up a few tutorials - cuz the stuff is pretty basic at its core, it's only when you start overlaying things it LOOKS really complicated. 

But hopefully no one thinks they need to format things up nice to do a switchboard - it's just a place to keep track of your stuff.  Any format is fine really.
