See, Spider-Man 2 is my least favorite of the nine at issue here. It was laughably bad in my mind. I don't even begin to see why it has gotten all the praise it has.

I don't see how people can not love SM2, it's classic comic book storytelling at its finest.

It's certainly not laughably bad, but it's too bad that it is exactly the same as the first one.

Except in how it's a whole lot different and far better.

Just checking, by Star Wars (1-3) you mean the newest ones, right?

I really don't like the first Spiderman and really do like the second one, so I don't see them as too similar.

Also, would people really vote for the Matrix trilogy?

That'd be close, as the first one is significantly better than any of the other films in the poll, and the second one is really good too.  But the third one is so bad.

That's pretty much how I feel about it as well.

Star Wars >>> X-Men >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Spiderman

That terrible second film weighs down the decent initial entry and the fun third one. Conversely, the second X-Men film is better than any other film in the poll. Without seeing the third Matrix film I would still vote for it had it been included.

I can not believe Star Wars Ep 1 to 3 is winning this, are you people on drugs, or did you think you were voting for the Star Wars, Empire and Return trilogy?

Spiderman 3 was pretty ordinary, but no where near as bad as Phantom Menace and Clones. Spiderman 1 and 2 rock
X-men 3 was weak, but still a match for the best of the the SW (Ep. 3: Revenge).

Please give reasons for your decision of picking SW, I need something to keep my sanity.

I kind of hate all of these films, except the first Spider-Man. I guess, overall, my general feeling toward SW 1-3 is numbness. X-Men 2 is one of the worst movies that I have ever seen, ever. The second and third Spider-Man movies feel too much like they were written in a board room with 28 different writers. So... eh. That's what you get. I won't dispute that the SW prequels suck.
