Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.

Steve!

I just watched this one again. It really is quite awesome.

It is not well loved, but I feel compelled to add it: Cars

On second viewing, I found that it was much better.  The characters are well portrayed and the pacing is well done and the humor is light, but good.  Most of all, I had sympathy for the characters, which much animation has trouble doing.

I'm surprised Metropolis hasn't been mentioned yet.

I'm not sure it's an all-time great film, but the visuals in this are as stunning as I've seen in ANY film animated or not.  Gorgeous and a truly fabulous score:

Right now it is rounding up the pack at the bottom of my Second Cel marathon.

I liked Metropolis, but I don't know if it would make my Top 20 list for the decade... maybe at the bottom.

Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence

Was it really that good?  I watched the first and thought "meh" and so didn't bother with any of the others.

I liked it (visually amazing), but then, the original's one of my favorite animated films ever, so that helps.
