Jia Zhang-Ke and Apichatpong Weerasethakul would be on this list if I had seen more of their films.

At this point we've got five animated film directors mentioned so it doesn't look like there will be snubbing (at least not through this portion of the process).

I love Phantoms of Nabua but don't know what else he's done. What would you recommend?
