Yeah I saw the new site. It looks awesome. Say, no links page? I loved having that directory of filmspotting community sites.

There are several changes to be made to the inside pages.  The links page might come back or be combined elsewhere, but for now, we're working to get the design right, then the details will follow.

I'm glad you like the slick new look.  Frank and Adam worked diligently to bring this about for all of us.

Very nice. Is it possible one of you artistic types could design a Filmspotting wallpaper.

OK everyone.  If you are reading this then it means that you are seeing the new server.

The URL is a little messed up right now but I will be sorting it out soon and it will become http://filmspotting.net/forum. The Dreamhosters address is just a temporary redirect.

I'm still looking around and making sure everything is working.  If there are any major issues then feel free to post them here.

Thanks,

Tim

Thanks for all your work Lynch!!!!!!! I feel like you do a lot behind the scenes that hardly anyone ever knows about, because it just seems smooth.

Thank you for the work Lynch. One thing to note, after I close the browser I have to login again, which it did not use to do. Tested on Mac with Firefox and PC with Opera.

This is probably due to the URL being different and the cookie is not working correctly.  I'll look into it.

Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks, the redirect is probably the problem.

I have now updated the settings of the forum to get rid of the redirect.  So the forum should be back to 100% now.  The URL should always display Filmspotting.net/forum.

Also, thanks to the power of Apache 301 redirects, all links that were directed to /boards should be automagically being pushed to the equivalent /forum link.

Thanks for your patience and we hope you enjoy the rest of your flight with Air Filmspotting.  Please do try the beef.
