Kieslowski can be watched in a pretty short amount of time. He's only got about 10 films.

And I've already seen the Three Colors Trilogy, the Decalogue, and the two Short Films.  Of course, I'd have to watch them all again for the marathon.  Darn!  ;)
What rotten luck you have.  ;D

Some may have noticed that my roommate and I are on a mission from God. We are looking to find the "best rom-com" ever aka we want to watch a bunch of 'em. So far we have watched When Harry Met Sally, Youve Got Mail, and Sleepless in Seattle. I know I'm going to have him watch Annie Hall and a few others, but I need good suggestions as to what else to watch. But sorry, no Black and White, he's one of those...

Fun! What about...

Big, Bridget Jones's Diary, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Pretty Woman?

These are good and I actually havent seen BJD or Pretty Woman. I've also thought about Notting Hill, My Best Friend's Wedding, and Serendipity. High Fidelity too I suppose would fit in nicely too. The rom com definitely flourished in the 90s it should seem.

BJD, yeah. It's actually pretty funny sometimes.

I still like Notting Hill, but for the sake of whatever you hold dear, do not watch My Best Friend's Wedding or contender for The Worst Movie of All Time Serendipity. Someone back me up here.

We should do Jodorowsky, especially since he is making a new movie.

Nice, Corndog! My suggestions in addition to the ones already mentioned:

Groundhog Day, Forget Paris, While You Were Sleeping, The Lake House, 50 First Dates, 10 Things I Hate About You, Love Actually.

Or if you wanted to do it properly, you have to watch It Happened One Night (1934). In my opinion, they could have stopped right then and there, because the genre could hardly get any better than this. The Philadelphia Story also needs to be on the list, and I could go on and on if required... :)
