Ferris' Classics Marathon:
20 Essential Vitamins and Minerals

I've never seen a lot of the great classics, so I'm starting a new marathon thread to get motivated to get through some of the classics before this summers Filmspotting Top 100.  Whether I will like these our not, I know these will be good for me.

In anticipation of this marathon, I got a bit of a head start in that I watched Passion of Joan of Arc and Reds already and Fitzcaraldo is waiting and ready to go.  I'll write up some reviews in the next day or so.

Reviews:
1. The Passion of Joan of Arc
2. Reds
3. Fitzcaraldo
4. Goodbye Mr Chips
5. Chinatown
6. Seven Samarai
7. The Bicyle Thief
8. 12 Angry Men
9. Paris Texas
10. The 400 Blows
11. Days of Heaven
12. Double Indemnity
13. The Third Man
14. Do The Right Thing
15. Blue Velvet
16. Three Colors: Blue
17. The Sting
18. The Apartment
19. Sunrise: Song of Two Humans
20. North by Northwest

In class ferris fashion I may add more after this first bunch is through.

Days of Heaven and Three Colors: Blue?

Awesome. I look forward to this marathon, you've got a lot of my other favorites on there as well.

Three Angry Men? You must have seen the reader's digest version.  ;)

Wow, this looks fantastic! I'm especially excited about Blue, Blue Velvet and Sunrise, but this is going to be one of my favourite threads no matter what.

What a great summer for you, Ferris! I'm especially happy for The Passion of Joan of Arc, Chinatown, 12 Angry Men, The 400 Blows, and Blue. I hope you do end up watching the rest of the Three Colors movies.

I plan to.  Is Blue, White, Red the correct order?

Goodbye Mr. Chips? I'm touched, really, I am.

May I suggest you add Stalag 17 and Three Days of The Condor.
