Right, that's all fine. But it's not just for you, it's for anybody who would want to avail themselves of the thread. That's how a forum works.

I know how a forum works. Don't need to be condescending, Junior. Calm down. You might have made admin, but I don't think I like your attitude a lot in the last few posts, in "Random Thoughts" too. It's not like many would bother with my writing anyway. The others could avail the thread as much as they want, as I am free to be avail it as much as I want. I'm part of everybody now, even if you don't like me very much. That's how a community works.

Just for clarification purposes, not to gang up or come off as condescending.  Junior has been an admin before, and when saltine gets back from travel, he'll go back to being a mod.  He doesn't change his role on this forum when he becomes an admin, it's more that he can help me manage the large amount of SPAM accounts we get on a daily basis, and so we can have someone who can respond to those things if I'm not around, which I'm often not. That, and continuing his normal mod duties, which he does anyway at all times.  I appreciate that Junior is so omnipresent on the forum, and it is a great help for me and saltine.

This thread is for anyone who wants to post their writing, and if you want to post some Hermit, go right ahead, nobody is stopping you, post as much as you want.  I think he was just saying we can't have individual threads for each person wanting to post their writing as this could make the forum a bit cluttered and hard for others to find other pertinent threads.  We typically only allow that in the Movie Marathon section when it pertains to a collection of film reviews.

I tried to find a generic definition, but more or less:

Administrators have full access to the website and are able to make any modifications to all members and any content on the website or software that associates an account as an Administrator. This includes banning members.

Moderators have less access and are usually only able to moderate some content such as member posts.

Both monitor content and try and keep the posts on subject in their respective threads and moderate any problems/issues between members.

The latest episode of "Epic Rap Battles of History" might just interest Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones fans:

"I used to think the worst thing in life was to end up all alone. It's not. The worst thing in life is ending up with people who make you feel all alone." - Lance Clayton (played by Robin Williams), World's Greatest Dad

Eternally seeking variety. 'Tis the spice of life for me.

For fun, I watched this again at 1.25x speed. The rapping at that velocity is freaking amazing while still being understandable. Even if you just listen to Martin's bit at 1:34, awesome.
