Red Velvet Cupcakes

Hey Sarah, you could probably answer this for me, but what exactly is "Red Velvet?" I've had some Rev Velvet Chocolate Milk, and I liked it, but the box really didn't tell me anything about any extra ingredients, so is it cherries, strawberries, or something else? Thanks.

It's basically something that is lightly flavored with chocolate.  The Red Velvet is usually due to red food coloring.

So the only real difference between Red Velvet Chocolate Milk and Chocolate Milk is that the Red Velvet is only lightly flavored with chocolate and uses red dye?

I have never had Red Velvet Chocolate Milk, but that is the only difference between Red Velvet Cake and Chocolate Cake.  It is a unique flavor, as far as the cake is concerned, the light amount of chocolate adds something to a predominantly vanilla flavored cake.
