Any attempt at writing about The Tree of Life seems feeble and inadequate, but for what it's worth, here's mine: A Journal of Film: "And the sons of God shouted for joy: Terrence Malick's Tree of Life"

That's a beautiful, thoughtful piece.  I enjoyed it, thoroughly.  Didn't know you had a blog, either.

Dodge This.

This thing was really cool looking. I like ruin-porn, sometimes.

Great photo. I long for the days of stand up hood ornaments. Rams have always had cool ones but this one, which I've never seen before, is particularly stunning. I'd guess late 40's early 50's? I'm not an expert.

Thanks! I'll ask my dad, who is an expert at this kind of stuff. I love that hood ornament, too. It's funny, the day after I shot this we watched an episode of American Pickers that featured an ornament just like this one. It was uncanny.

A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner! (Shortened Version) (Holland, 2011)

I knew I wasn't the only person who noticed that there are two cuts floating around. Here are a couple of terms that led to my blog:

"grow up timmy turner abridged", "why did they cut parts out of the timmy turner movie", and, strangely enough, "porn blazes." I don't know which post that caused to pop up, but I'm scared of running a google search to find out.
