Please add Humanity and Paper Balloons, Children in the Wind, and Trade Tattoo.

Paper Balloons was already there.  I almost added Trade Tattoo inititally, thinking you might vote for it, but I got lazy.

re: Balloons and Masseurs

I must have misspelled both of them when I did a word/phrase search.

Biggest Disappointment: Pépé le Moko ... but maybe only because my expectations were so high.

3. Young and Innocent (not in poll?!)

Heh, it's got a meh reputation and a 7.1 at IMDb with 3,000+ votes ... that's not usually top five of the year material.  :)

I don't have time to edit these polls lately. Maybe over the holidays.

Totoro's recent Marathon has made me realize THIS is a great your for movies. Even better than the lauded 1939. Plus, while Snow White and The Grand Illusion are currently leading, I think they'd get strong competition as more Filmspotters discover films like Make Way For Tomorrow, The Awful Truth, Stage Door and Pepe le Moko.

Out of 9 films. Top shame is Make Way for Tomorrow. Most mainstream film I haven't seen is A Day at the Races.

1.   Stage Door
2.   Shall We Dance
