Lina Leandersson – Let The Right One In
Ellen Page – Juno
Brendan Gleeson – In Bruges
Simon Pegg – Hot Fuzz Shaun
Nick Frost – Hot Fuzz Shaun
Heath Ledger – The Dark Knight
Joseph Gordon-Levitt – (500) Days of Summer Brick
Amy Ryan – Gone Baby Gone
Clive Owen – Children of Men

I am right with you on these picks, just outside my list. I reserve the right to completely change my list.

& we have 10 in common.

3. Alan Rickman – Die Hard
5. Anthony Hopkins – The Silence of the Lambs
12. Burt Lancaster – Sweet Smell of Success
15. Christopher Walken – The Deer Hunter
22. Dustin Hoffman – Midnight Cowboy
40. Henry Fonda – 12 Angry Men
43. Humphrey Bogart – The Treasure of the Sierra Madre
46. Jack Nicholson – One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest
48. James Caan – The Godfather
50. James Cagney – White Heat (Yankee Doodle Dandy)
56. Jodie Foster – The Silence of the Lambs
59. John Cazale – The Godfather Part II
81. Peter Lorre – M
86. Robert De Niro – Raging Bull
87. Robert De Niro – Taxi Driver
89. Robert Duvall – Apocalypse Now
90. Robert Mitchum – Night of the Hunter
95. Sissy Spacek – Carrie
99. William Holden – Stalag 17
100. William Holden – Sunset Blvd.

Great list! These are egregious errors on my part! I limited myself to a performance per actor, which is artificial I know, and then tried to give some weight to their body of work with my ranking. Each to their own. So Holden in The Wild Bunch is at that position because of Stalag, Kwai, Network and Sunset Boulevard as well.
