...though I guess it could be handled similiar to how Junior handled books within a series for the book list. That is, allow each performer just a single spot on the list, mentioning underneath which performances they received votes for, etc.

The way I related it to that is if the person plays the same character in multiple films (i.e. Alan Rickman - Harry Potter Series). And it is a Performances list, not actors list.
