if you arent picky (and with some one whose films are as beautiful as Kieslowski's, I wouldnt blame you for being picky) it is on youtube in 10 parts.

Anyways, having just rewatched three colors and TDLOV....I vote for Three Colors: Blue

The Double Life of Veronique
The Decalogue
Blind Chance
Camera Bluff
The Scar

The last three are pretty close, but the whole bunch are great. Started to watch Blue once but wasn't in the right space for it, so turned it off. Excited to see the Three Colours tho.

Tried to watch Camera Buff last night - but the DVD wouldn't play after about the 45 minute mark - sooooo frustrating.
Yea, I had to get 3 disks to watch it from netflix and watch it in 3 separate chunks.
That's bizarre; all the disks were flawed? (Mine was from Netflix, too, btw.)
Well, the last one wasn't. I've only had that happen to me twice, so I don't think it's a big deal.

For a director that I absolutely love (3 of his 4 I've seen are in my top 100), I'm ashamed that I haven't tackled Decalogue yet.

1. Red
2. Double Life
3. Blue
4. White

1. Three Colors: Blue (my favorite film)
2. The Double Life of Veronique
3. A Short Film About Love
4. Three Colors: Red
5. The Decalogue
6. Camera Buff
7. Three Colors: White
8. A Short Film About Killing
9. Blind Chance

Incredible filmmaker. It's crazy how he went from making plainly shot, documentary-like films to making some of the most beautiful films ever. From a thematic angle, I appreciate how he filled his films with so many ideas without him ever being preachy. That thing Kubrick wrote about The Decalogue dramatizing its ideas rather than having them be discussed is so true.

Also, the ending to Blue might be my favorite film ending ever.

Now I know who the third person is who voted for White. I love that story, and don't get why it's considered lesser. Then, there's a lot about Kieslowski I don't get.
