That's pretty much why I huffed and took my crayons home with the Fantasy Mogul thing.  My winning or loosing is going to depend, in part, on the opinions of them?  Nu-uh.

But, yeah, JP3 totally sux0rd.

Well, it was fun. That worked for me. But that is not the point. The point is that this Harry Megamix guy gives his opinion over and over and  over again without actually backing it up.

The Movies You Should See podcast has a pretty widely known (among it's audience) disdain for Orlando Bloom. So one of the forum members started a "Roles Orlando Bloom Should Have Played" parody post. It's hilarious. Some of the people are in on the joke, the others aren't. I'm gnslngr19, by the way.

"The plot isn't there" (in regards to Date Movie)

Yeah, I was expecting Citizen Kane also.

I find the 40-Year-Old-Virgin boards to be particularly amusing. They are mostly filled with people asking whether or not they should be ashamed at their virginity. If I had any doubt that they were kidding, I would feel bad laughing. Even if a few are serious, I hardly think IMDb is the place to find someone to talk to about it.

I was reading the Before Sunset boards, I have never seen the movie but I know of it.  Someone one posed this question, "What do you think they will talk about in this movie?  Do you think they will talk about the War?"  So I seized my chance and replied with this, "I think they will talk about pee and poo."  I love derailing threads like that.

I also hate when they start threads like this one from The Thin Red Line boards:

A FINE FILM, BUT WHO AGREES THAT 'SAVING PRIVATE RYAN' WAS BETTER?
"What about Oliver Stone?"

"Ummm, send him meat."

this thread does revel in our snobbery quite a bit, but it seems that we're all okay with it.  ;) (and I started it, so you know it's good.)

On Stanley Kubrick and Eyes Wide Shut:

Quote from: wingnut from imdb
Too many allusions to the MK-Ultra and Monarch programs, created by the CIA.

Fact is, he went rogue. He was going to expose himself to be an Illuminatist, expose the fact that he helped film the faked moon landings, and expose all the New World Order imagery contained in such films as A Clockwork Orange. I could go more into detail, but I suppose I'll save that for Kubrick's message board.
Hey, nice marmot!

The dumbest thing I've read on IMDB I'm not going to quote or discuss at length.  It's for a film I hate so much that the meer thought of it makes me want to commit homicide.  I don't want anyone going to the IMDB page and giving it even ten seconds of their life.  I have a personal vendetta against the film and it's crimes against humanity, so I never ever talk about it for fear someone might seek it out t see if it's as bad as I make it out to be.  The truth is it's probably not, but I hate it anyway, as if it made a pass at my mother, or teased a retarded child.

The fact that anyone would like this film is stupid enough.

You almost have to tell us now. I'm sure there are some masochists lurking around here that need this kind of information.
