Under those guidelines, I'd say...

9 to 5
All of Me
Bowfinger
George of the Jungle
Modern Times
My Cousin Vinnie
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
Roxanne
School of Rock
Twins

Not available on Lovefilm, I ask that you consider Brain Donors, a modern day Marx Bros. movie with John Turturro doing a really great Groucho.  It's not great by any means, but it's really funny and a brief 75min.

Top movies that make me laugh out loud:
The Emperor's New Groove
The Gods Must Be Crazy
50 First Dates
The Princess Bride
Duck Soup Good. I love any Marx Bros
Monty Python and the Holy Grail Well now. Fairly funny but nowhere near as titterful as LoB
Kung Fu Hustle
Shaun of the Dead Yes Pegg excellent choice

And a couple Scandinavian films that really made me laugh recently:
The Man Without A Past
Adam's Apples
You are safe oldkid, although I am going to watch The Princess Bride as everyone bangs on about it and I like Mandy Patinkin. Better be funny.
ps you surely don't consider this laugh-out-loud funny?
The Man Without A Past: An unidentified man gets severely beaten by a trio of thugs and ends up in the hospital, where he dies--but suddenly reawakens without knowing who he is. He wanders into a small, poverty-stricken community where families live in small containers and a night out means dinner at the Salvation Army. It is there that M meets Irma, another poor soul looking for a better life--and maybe love. Aki Kaurismaki's THE MAN WITHOUT A PAST begins with horrible violence, but after that it becomes a longing, beautiful study of love and loneliness, of pain and poverty, of faith and fragility.

Chasing Amy
Team America: World Police I really enjoyed this potty humour
Hot Fuzz Yes Pegg again. He's always a hoot

Sadly Not Available:
High Strung (1991) This is sad, because I would have enjoyed it I think
So, GOOD taste Bondo. I am renting Juno.

I heard laughter in the other room for How to Lose Friends & Alienate People, the Simon Pegg movie.
Ah thank you, Pegg and Bridges. It has to be funny. Doesn't it?

Under those guidelines, I'd say...

9 to 5 Got a snigger or two from me, I admit
All of Me Fairly funny
Bowfinger I enjoyed this as I always like the Murphy laugh
George of the Jungle I have seen this and I think I giggled
Modern Times Indeed. The shoe-eating. And poignant
My Cousin Vinnie
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation I am fond of Chevy Chase, even if it's not fashionable
Roxanne I detect a definite Steve Martin bias here. But I like this one too
School of Rock Oh Jack Black is deffo funny in this
Twins

BRAIN DONORS: Movie Trailer
Are you a Libran? SoH says so. I want desperately to see Brain Donors, but can't even buy it here. Must have been made in the UK as I noticed Mel Smith and Fred Elliot off Corrie...
So, I have ordered My Cousin Vinny as 2nd choice.

Gran Torino
That's an interesting choice, as it's down as a drama. But I can see where it may be funny, so I'm going to watch it.  :)

The Big Lebowski
A Night at the Opera
Hot Fuzz
Black Dynamite
Some Like it Hot

can't think of others right now for some reason.

It's an unintentional comedy. Like The Happening.  ;)
