I am very sad to have missed the chat around the Filmspots and the general celebrations.  I was insanely busy yesterday and only ended up getting three hours of sleep last night.  I don't see why the weather won't fit itself around the forum schedule!

So I took the day off tomorrow (a late birthday day off) - and I am sitting here staring at a pile of laundry and deciding what errands I can get done.

Is this what getting old and maturing is all about?

Because what I usually did is create memory lapses on my birthday (some of you call them blackouts I believe) and now I am just hoping for clean underwear....

Why do bands go out on a new tour to support an album that is not going to be released for another several weeks?  Isn't the point of a tour to promote sales of the new record?  If I go to the concert and like the record, am I supposed to put it on my to-do list to buy six weeks down the road?  Seriously.

If anything, new albums support tours now. The business model has switched.
