Alot of the films mentioned are 2022 films for me, as that's the year they were released in my country. My 2021 list looks something like this:

Drive My Car
C'mon C'mon
Quo vadis, Aida?
The Hand of God
Petite Maman
Titane
Servants
Beginning
The Worst Person in the World
After Love
Dear Comrades!
Limbo
Identifying Features
Nomadland
Pieces of a Woman
Nitram
Song Without a Name
New Order
The Power of the Dog
Pig

That's why it's so hard to say a movie definitively is from one year or another. You have festivals, screeners, regular people release dates via theater or streaming, and then you have different regular people release dates based on country. Still, your list mostly overlaps with what I have as qualified for 2021. Petite Maman really should be, I don't know what the deal is with the last couple Sciamma films getting so drastically delayed on their American release dates.
