Which of the guys were in Kicking and Screaming? I was not so hot on that film when I first watched it, but it has sat incredibly well in the past year. I usually don't think of Baumbach initially when I think of some of my favorite filmmakers, but all of his films I have seen from him I have really enjoyed, if not loved for at least brief periods of time. I hold all in high esteem when I actually sit down and think about it though.

I think of Greenberg as a 40 year old version of the Chris Eigeman character.

These names don't mean much, I've watch a lot of films since Kicking and Screaming, all I really remember is Will Ferrell  :P

I don't know if you'll enjoy any of those pix. How about Fish Tank?

Hmm, maybe I'll get to Sleeping Beauty in time for Filmspots.

Do I need to re-post my review of A Town Called Panic? Because I totally can. It's joy in an instant stream!

Probably The Illusionist. You're top 100 indicates you have French sensibilities. :)

I'm hoping it doesn't make the ballot this year so that I have another twelve months to catch up with it.

All high on my priority list. I think Sweetgrass might be up next, though. Then either Dogtooth or Greenberg.

I actually consider a lot of movies to be life-changing! I take them to my heart and they melt into my personality.
