'The Limey' and 'The Good German' are on TV in the UK later tonight. Would anyone recommend any of these movies.
I'm quite intrigued by 'The Limey' though.

The Limey, definitely
The Good German, not so much

I'd watch both. The Limey is fantastic. The Good German is okay, but not crap.

Thanks for your recommendations. I've just watched 'The Limey' and it is very good, didn't bother with 'The Good German' though. I might do a little review when I update 'my movies watched in 2001' and 'write about the last movie you watched' over the weekend. It's probably one of the few Soderbergh films i've enjoyed, Sam Van Hallgren ain't gonna read this is he!!!

While I should be spending my last day off this week comparing college loan rates, I instead intend to spend the majority of it in bed watching movies. It's just one of those days (9pm-sleep can be college time). I'd like to alternate between something I haven't seen and something I haven't. Definitely going with High Fidelity, Breakfast at Tiffany's and Eternal Sunshine. Looking for two suggestions (as I've already started Akin's Head-On) for the other haven't seens. Preferably something on Netflix.

I've been looking for a theme with your lineup and am coming up blank. Maybe you need something that utilizes a few less brain cells to add into the mix.

Things like:
It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
What's Up Doc?

I have bought all(6) Faith Akin's movies.

What is the order I must follow in watching these films?

Tomorrow I am going to watch The Black Swan.  The two films that I could watch with it that are on my list are True Grit and 127 Hours.  Which one should I watch after Black Swan?  Or neither, should I just contemplate the film I just saw?

You should think about Swan, but you should also see True Grit, so if you have the time I would say you should see True Grit.

I liked 127 Hours a lot more than True Grit. Both are good, though.

Grit over 127, but both are really good.

I liked 127 Hours more than True Grit.
I saw Black Swan and then True Grit in the theater on the same night. I don't think, however, that was the best way to go - though I have problems with Black Swan, I found it a much more immersive experience than TG and both Uri and I left TG thinking more about Black Swan than the movie we'd just seen. Unfortunate.
127 Hours is very immersive, and I honestly think it would compete better, sensationally speaking, with Black Swan than True Grit.
