So, I still haven't seen that new Batman. Wondering if we go see it tonight if I'll be unhappy afterward. S'this thing gonna make me unhappy? Or should I convince guy to see

Well, there certainly aren't a lot of yuks in TDKR. But Tom Hardy does have a little bit of a techno-pug thing goin' on, so...

I would rather see The Campaign, but don't think that TDKR will make you unhappy unless you end up cold on the film's quality.

And since the film's quality is top notch, I wouldn't worry about that. It has much the same feel as TDK. It all depends if you want to see a Nolan Batman movie.

I wouldn't call TDKR top notch, and using TDK as an example isn't good if you don't want to set up expectations the movie can't match.

Definitely going to see 'The Master' in 70mm, but I'm wondering about the others in the series ...

Need to track down if there will be 70MM screenings anywhere that wouldn't require spending hundreds of dollars to see this.
