I had my final Physical Therapy session after my ACL Reconstruction surgery back in March. I'm probably about 80% recovered at this point, which means most normal activities are normal again. Still some work left to get back to 100%, but I feel great about where I am in overall.

Great news, and it will reach the point where it is pretty much back to its old self. Its been 27 years since my ACL reconstruction and the knee is still good (I think the cycling helps). For a long while I worried about relying on the knee (for example when jumping from rock to rock), but that worry disappeared a long time ago.

Good to know. I figure a lot of my remaining recovery will be mental, trusting the knee again.
