I'll have you know I cram everything I need to say into no more than 30 seconds. Never more than 30 seconds.

That was the lesson you learned after the /Film debacle?
-Le Chiffre: You changed your shirt, Mr Bond. I hope our little game isn't causing you to perspire.

-James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.

No, the /Film thing was very specific. I knew I couldn't talk for only 30 seconds, so I just went full retard on it.

Exploring some film related blogs for the first time. The quality of certain sites is staggering. Some people do a phenomenal job at this 'writing intelligently about film on the internet' thingy. Makes me want to up my own game.

Cajoling myself into writing more short story material.

Writing fiction (free of cliche) has to be one of the toughest things out there.

Watching Animal Kingdom and finally figuring out who Ben Mendelsohn reminds me of. Fred Armisen.

That's really funny, cause I could not stop thinking of Chris Parnell.

Debating whether or not I'd like to enjoy a beer with my dinner tonight.

Some things are just not worth debating about...just do it.

For me, just finished spending a long day of my vacation working as there were a few things I knew I had to get done while out of the office.  And of course, a few more things you respond to once you open email and know about them.
